Website purpose
This website provides general information about Flotilla’s venue-sourcing and event-support services and a way for organizations to submit potential requests. Website content is informational and is not legal, financial, or contract advice.
No engagement or guarantee
Submitting a request does not create an agency, advisory, venue, or hotel contract; require Flotilla to accept an engagement; or guarantee availability, rates, contract terms, savings, or commissions. Any engagement terms will be confirmed separately.
Property and guest relationships
The client organization selects and contracts directly with a hotel or venue. Individual guests ordinarily book and contract directly with the hotel. The applicable property terms govern reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, pickup, attrition, and on-property services.
Accurate and appropriate use
You agree to provide information and files you are authorized to share and not to misuse, interfere with, automate abusive submissions to, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its delivery systems.
Google Maps Platform
Hotel discovery may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google Maps content through Flotilla is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Flotilla uses Google Maps to identify potential properties, then independently sources displayed hotel facts from official property websites before recording them in the operator portal.
Intellectual property
The Flotilla Collective name, visual identity, website copy, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted beyond ordinary access to and use of this website.
Changes and availability
Flotilla may update the website, these terms, or the availability of the intake. Continued use after an update means the current published terms apply.
