The client organization selects and contracts directly with a hotel or venue. Individual guests ordinarily book and contract directly with the hotel. The applicable property terms govern reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, pickup, attrition, and on-property services.

You agree to provide information and files you are authorized to share and not to misuse, interfere with, automate abusive submissions to, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its delivery systems.
