Your organization chooses and contracts directly with the selected property or venue. Flotilla supports the decision and handoff.
Built for events at every scale
Each event gets a thoughtful search of its own. When events repeat, Flotilla can also coordinate the larger calendar so your organization carries better information and stronger relationships forward.
Transparent compensation
For qualifying sourcing engagements, the selected property typically compensates Flotilla through a disclosed commission after completed business. Your organization chooses, contracts with, and pays the property directly.
Full-service event planning and other work outside the sourcing engagement may involve separate fees. Any fee is explained and agreed upon before that work begins.
Value across the portfolio
Organizations that place their full event portfolio with Flotilla receive a loyalty rebate based on completed stays and commission Flotilla receives. The rate is determined with the organization after we understand the scope and shape of the portfolio.
More support when you need it
Full-service planning is available for organizations that want support with vendors, timelines, logistics, production, guest experience, and the many details between selection and showtime.
Planning services are scoped separately and will involve additional fees.
